How do you price projects?
Fixed-price for well-scoped projects, retainer for ongoing maintenance. Typical engagements range from $5K–$20K HKD for a marketing site to $50K–$200K HKD for a custom platform.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Yes. We frequently audit, refactor, and extend existing projects. We also rescue stalled projects and migrate legacy systems.
What's the typical timeline?
